Wyn graduated in Human Physiology & Dentistry at Otago University in 1990. Serving at Hutt Valley Hopsital, followed by six years in Kent, England, he returned to Christchurch in 1997, working as a partner at Papanui Dental Centre for 10 years.

Shane graduated in 1985 with BSC (Chemistry) at Canterbury University, followed by BDS from Otago in 1989. After working as a dental house surgeon at Christchurch Public Hospital, he worked in NHS/private practices in the UK for 10 years. Returning to NZ in 2004, he is a member of the NZDA for sedation in dentistry.

Claire moved to NZ from Ireland in 1984, graduating from Otago University in 2003 with a diploma in Dental Hygiene and a certificate in local anesthesia at AU a year later. She has worked full time in Christchurch since and continues to study oral health issues.
